  • Yup. In fact all Nymgo accounts expire after three months of inactivity. But keeping it active is simple: just make one call, send an SMS, make a credit transfer or buy something (e.g. credit). If the worst comes to the worst and your account really does expire you'll lose any remaining balance. Sorry about that.
  • No. As long as your account remains active the credits will stay valid.
  • You can recharge your Nymgo account with credit using one of the following payment options:
    1. Debit/credit card (Visa, MasterCard and American Express)
    2. Moneybookers account
    3. Google Checkout account
    4. Western Union - QuickPay money transfer
    5. OneCard
    6. CashU
    We accept payments in Euros, US Dollars and British Pounds. New payment options and currencies are added continually so please keep checking.
  • For all new users the monthly purchase limit is $50 when using a debit/credit card. If you need to purchase more please talk to the nice people at Nymgo support.
    However, if you're paying through Western Union purchases there's no limit.
  • Yeah, sorry about this but it's an 'authorization charge' from our friends at Google. But don't worry, it'll be credited back to your account within 1-14 business days.
    So you see it's not really anything to do with us. And this is how Google explains it:
    “'You may also notice a $1.00 transaction from Google which is actually a pending authorization request between our billing system and the bank that issued your credit or debit card, so you won't end up paying the extra $1.00.
    When you check your bank account or credit card statement, payment authorizations are often listed as 'pending.' These transactions might remain in your account between 1-14 business days, depending on your card-issuing bank. Please keep in mind they are authorization requests only, not actual charges.
    Authorizations can remain in your account anywhere from 24 hours up to 14 business days, depending on the bank. You may contact your bank to confirm the charge for your purchase with Google or to check on the authorization status.'”
