• How can I redeem the Hello Points?
• To redeem your Hello Points, please follow these steps:
  1. Login to the Nymgo website using your Nymgo username and password.
  2. Under the “My Points” Section, select Redeem Hello Points
  3. Choose the number of points you wish to redeem and click on the box underneath either Credits or SMS.
  4. Simply finish by clicking on “Redeem”.
  
• What are the Hello Points?
• Hello Points is Nymgo´s loyalty program. Nymgo will reward you with points whenever you purchase or invite friends. When you collect enough points, you will redeem them as either Free Nymgo credits or Free SMS.
• How do I view my current Hello Points balance.
• To view the number of your Hello Points, please follow these steps:
  1. Login to the Nymgo website using your Nymgo username and password.
  2. Under the “My Points” Section, select view Hello Points
  3. You can check you current balance as well as your Hello Points historic .
  
• What are the "Hello Points" program rules?
• There are only a few rules pertaining to Hello Points:
  • A minimum of $60 worth of Nymgo credits must be purchased in order to activate your Hello Points.
  • The account should be active:
  • At the end of the 1 year, 50% of any non-redeemed points will expire
  • At the end of the 2 year, if still not used, the remaining rest will expire
