Caller ID

• What is Caller ID?
• Caller identification enables your friends, family and business contacts to know you are calling them. Once it is activated, your mobile number will be displayed whenever you make a phone call using Nymgo services. Caller identification is free to activate and use.
• What is my default Caller ID?
• The default number you will see on the screen is “1111”
• How can I reset/deactivate it?
• In order to reset/deactivate the caller ID, please follow these steps:
  1. Login to the Nymgo website using your Nymgo username and password.
  2. Under the “Me” Section, select Caller ID
  3. Click on the "Reset" button.
  
• How can I activate it?
• In order to activate the caller ID, please follow these steps:
  1. Login to the Nymgo website using your Nymgo username and password.
  2. Under the “Me” Section, select Caller ID
  3. Enter your mobile number and click on send.
  4. You will receive an activation code on your the mobile number you have entered.
  5. Enter the activation code and click on submit.
