Account and profile settings

  • To transfer credits, kindly follow these steps:
    1. Login to your Nymgo account
    2. Click on “Transfer Credits” in the “My Credits” section.
    3. Enter the recipient username, the amount to send and enter your password
    4. Click on the “send” button.
    5. Confirm your request
  • There is no delete function for Nymgo user accounts, however, all accounts expire after 3 Months of total inactivity.
  • To change your password, kindly follow these steps:
    1. Login to your Nymgo account
    2. Click on “Change Password” in the “Me” section.
    3. Enter your old password
    4. Enter a new password
    5. Confirm your new password
    6. Click on the “update” button.
  • 1. Go to http://www.nymgo.com
    2. Click on “forgot your password?” on the main page.
    3. Enter your username as well as the same email address you provided when you created your account.
    4. Click on the “get password” button.
    5.You will receive your password on your email address.

    2. Go to the “Join Now” page.
    3. Enter your profile details in the fields provided.
    • Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.
    • Make sure that you enter a valid email address.
    4. Once your username has been created, it can't be changed.

    You can enter your username and password to sign into Nymgo on your computer, mobile phone as well as any other compatible device.
  • To change your profile settings, kindly follow these steps:
    1. Login to your Nymgo account
    2. Click on “View/Edit profile” in the “Me” section.
    3. Kindly undergo the appropriate changes
    4. Click on the “Update” button.
  • Credit transfer allows you to share your credits with your friends and family.
  • To change your call history, kindly follow these steps:
    1. Login to your Nymgo account
    2. Click on “View call history” in the “My Credits” section.
    3. You can choose between viewing “all calls”, “successful calls” or “SMS”.
  • To change/update your profile info, kindly follow these steps:
    1. Login to your Nymgo account
    2. Click on “View/Edit profile” in the “Me” section.
    3. Update the corresponding fields.
    4. Click on the “Update” button.
